Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas opened for business on May 1, 2006 at the former location of Jones Motorcars. On that day we began our commitment to restoring the value of the Mercedes-Benz brand in the State of Arkansas. Now, a little over one year later, things have truly changed.

One of the first things we did was to renovate our Service Center and increase the number of Mercedes-Benz Certified Technicians available to serve you better. We also invested in a fleet of new Mercedes-Benz vehicles for our courtesy loaner vehicles. You've invested in a Mercedes-Benz and we believe that you should always be driving one, even when yours is in for service.
We also repainted the building and upgraded the showroom to provide for a better environment for you and for the beautiful Mercedes-Benz vehicles. However, we didn't invest too much, because we will be building an all new state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz Center in Bentonville in the near future. We are excited and we hope you will be too.
However, the most import thing we did was to commit to making it easy and enjoyable for you to do business with us. As a result our sales have increased by over 400 percent since we took over. This is a result of several factors: a great selection of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, a staff dedicated to serving you, fair and competitive pricing, and a management commitment to satisfy every client by making things easy and enjoyable.
