I've been coming to this Mercedes-Benz dealership for about eight years, and they have always taken great care of me and my vehicle. I bought my GLS 450 here, and I continue to bring it back for all of my service because I know I'm in good hands. Taylor is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes every visit enjoyable. I recently had my annual service, and a couple of months ago I had two tires replaced. Both experiences were smooth, efficient, and professional. I also appreciate Phillip. He's always friendly, takes the time to say hello, and makes you feel like a valued customer. What keeps me coming back is the people. Everyone is warm, professional, and treats you with respect. Great service is one thing, but consistently making customers feel welcomed is what sets this dealership apart. It's hard to find consistent customer service these days, but this team has earned my trust over the years. I'm grateful to be part of the Mercedes-Benz family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service. Great Staff and Service!

Went there on a random Saturday and had one of the best salesmen ever. What turned into a day of just looking around, turned into buying a vehicle with everything and more. Noah, our sales guy, spent all afternoon with us testing different cars and showed us one that was too easy not to get. He knew everything from the brands history, to every interior and exterior component of the car. We highly recommend Noah, and Mercedes Benz of Northwest Arkansas!

Chris Bos is an amazing service writer. He was straightforward and thorough. He went above and beyond getting the parts for my car and making sure that it was ready in a timely fashion. We really appreciate everything he did.

This is it... I took my 2022 C300 in for a B service. I'm told this will take 2-3 hours. I drop it off with both key fobs in the cup holder.First off, I went to lunch 'and came back about 40 minutes later and my car is sitting there with no one around. 10 minutes later, your car is ready. Really? So I pay $865. And I had to go back to get one of my key fobs changed "again" because it didnt work. But also, my car was filthy on the inside and outside like pigpen worked on it. Now I'm wondering.... did you really change the filter, rotate all the tires, change the oil, change out the cabin filters, and change all the fluids in that short of time? I've been there for an A service on a different car and it took longer, but I sat with it . What a difference that makes! I don't trust them. Oh and my car is a certified pre-owned and I put less than 9k miles on it when I took it in.

My recent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the reputation associated with Mercedes-Benz as I have leased many vehicles with Mercedes Benz. I was in active communication with a sales representative regarding an AMG GLS 63 and a specific deal structure that was discussed. During conversation, the salesperson called with a disrespectful tone asking for my word that if he could secure the numbers with his manager, I would move forward with him and stop speaking with other dealerships. Out of respect for that request, I agreed and paused conversations with other Mercedes dealers. He told me he would speak with his manager and call me back and that call never came. Over the next two weeks I attempted to follow up through both calls and text messages. My calls went unanswered and there was no communication. During that same time period, other Mercedes dealerships I had originally paused conversations with continued to follow up professionally while I was still waiting to hear back. Nearly two weeks later I finally received a text response. When I asked for a phone call to move things forward, I was told he was busy moving vehicles. Unfortunately, there was never any follow-up call after that. Out of fairness, I am not including the salesperson’s name here because my intention is not to publicly single someone out. However, the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and follow-through has been extremely frustrating.

Called interested in a car and wanted to come same day to transact. Brady who was very rude told me it would be at least a week to inspect it and it wouldn't be sped up or done for me purchasing the car. Then proceeded to criticize my place of work (i was calling on my work phone) when i asked why the car was listed on the website if its not available. i would of maybe been more interested if brady was professional or willing to come up with a solution but he just wanted to argue.

Overall, the customer service started off strong during the initial buying process. However, once the deal was completed, any follow-up concerns were ignored and the level of service dropped significantly. I would recommend staying away from working with Jacob Hostetler and Luke Brown. They come across as friendly and helpful during the sale, but in my experience, they did not show genuine care for customers once the paperwork was signed.

Pricing and trade figures were presented clearly, the process was efficient, and I always felt treated as a long-term client rather than just a transaction. I’d especially like to recognize Rusty Jackson (General Manager), Cole Ingram (Client Advisor), Zane McConnell (Finance Manager), and Jackie Presler (Product Concierge). Rusty ensured everything stayed smooth and professional, Cole handled the sales process with excellent product knowledge and no pressure, Zane made the finance side clear and efficient, and Jackie did a great job explaining the car’s technology and setting up the app so we could drive away confident and comfortable. I would gladly return to this dealership and recommend it to others.
