How Does Mobile Service Work?

Using Mobile Service couldn’t be simpler! All you need to do is call 479-521-7281 and ask the representative if your vehicle qualifies for Mobile Service. But don’t worry if it doesn’t, you may still qualify for free Pickup & Delivery or Express Service and always have the opportunity to book your in-store appointment online.

Once the appointment is scheduled the Mobile Service team from Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas service center will be dispatched to you at your preferred time and location. For your comfort and safety, your mobile service appointment can be kept completely contactless
