I went to Mercedes Benz of NWA. Although I did not buy my vehicle from them I had some technical questions. I found all of the staff helpful. Specifically Zachary who went out of his way to call me and assist me using his own phone. In a time when customer service is a thing of the past he went above and beyond what I was expecting. I am very pleased with my service experience at Mercedes Benz of Northwest Arkansas! When I made my Friday reservation to service my van, there was a misunderstanding. The scheduling person didn't realize that I live in my van and hence could not leave it over the weekend. My mom had a tire suddenly go flat in her Mercedes on I-49, & it's a tire for a sport model that's very difficult to locate. The staff at this location didn't have any in stock, but called another dealership to locate them.
