The scheduling person didn't realize that I live in my van and hence could not leave it over the weekend. My mom had a tire suddenly go flat in her Mercedes on I-49, & it's a tire for a sport model that's very difficult to locate. The staff at this location didn't have any in stock, but called another dealership to locate them. Mercedes used to be considered top of the line. Thats why I bought one. But is it too much to assume the dealerships would give top notch service, answer their phone, return calls and offer loaner car when service takes a day? I am considering this dealership because my local M dealership has issues as above. After reading service reviews, this one has similar problems.I doubt I buy another Mercedes.
Excellent experience purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from MB of NW Arkansas. I traveled from out of state after finding the car listed online. Brady was a very accommodating sales rep, his communication and fast correspondence made the process seamless, especially coming from outside of the state. Amazing experience. They helped me surprise my wife with a new car for her birthday and they really went above and beyond.
